Every year, ICCA runs a Young Professional Forum (FYP) which brings together 35 industry professionals under 30 years of age from a variety of demographics and presents them with a challenging conference project to prepare. This Year, our International Development Manager, Gráinne Ní Ghiollagáin, was one of the 35 attendees chosen from over 100 applications, to attend this prestigious event.
Over the three full and busy days, these young professionals were given networking opportunities, educational sessions, social activities and mentoring from some of the most influential practitioners in the Meetings Industry. On the final day, the participants were divided into teams to design a comprehensive site inspection programme for 10 Health Care Association executives, ensuring adequate pre and post programme communication, showing creative thinking and establishing a measurable ROI.
Gráinne helped lead the winning team and subsequently was awarded free registration to the ICCA World Congress in Sarawak next year.
