SITE is a truly global organisation with members in over 90 countries around the world. And they’’re at their best when they reach out across the planet and collaborate. They experienced this powerfully in Bangkok when they co-created The Bangkok Manifesto, a compelling series of statements about the nature, purpose and direction of incentive travel. They experienced it again in Vancouver when they repeated the achievement and leveraged their global membership to build out The Vancouver Manifesto.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to support the trial methodology community, HRB TMRN wanted to host an online conference on the topic of clinical trials in a pandemic, embracing flexibility and ensuring integrity. The HRB-TMRN in NUI Galway and University College Dublin in collaboration with their partners in Trial Forge, University of Aberdeen, were delighted to welcome some of the world’s leading experts currently working in different aspects of COVID-19 trials.
The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed unprecedented changes in our personal and professional lives. We decided to transform the face-to-face version of ECCV 2020 into
an online event. We remained committed to the ECCV series in 2020 and for this reason, we were committed to offer a fully online conference experience.
This was available on the ECCV 2020 online platform starting from the regular conference dates, 23-28 August 2020. To maximise the value of Registration for ECCV
2020 the content will be accessible on demand over the 12 months following the conference so delegates can enjoy the conference at their own pace.
The Difficult Airway Society made the hard decision to postpone their 2020 in-person conference which was due to take place in Birmingham, November 22nd -24th due to COVID-19. In light of the cancellation came the DAS Webinar: Learning from COVID-19. It was important that the DAS community still got to meet to ensure important conversations could still take place and new research could be shared. It was this need to meet which brought about the two-day webinar September 18th & 19th
